John Fowler is a trial attorney in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (1968), and the University of Louisville School of Law (1970). John and his wife Linda have been married thirty years and have a daughter, Robin, who teaches elementary school in Boca Raton, Florida. John lectures nationally against breed specific legislation and represents various canine clubs in the United States District Courts against governmental agencies who attempt to pass such laws. John authors quarterly obedience question and answer articles for "Borderlines", the magazine for the Border Collie Society of America, as well as writing occasional articles for F&F. John has served as President and/or member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Louisville Training Club for the last twelve years. |
