We’ve Moved…

As most of you know, towards the middle of February we initiated the switch to our new website.  I’ve been down this road before and it’s always been a troublesome, nerve-racking experience to make changes like this to thousands of subscriber accounts.  Initially we planned to make the move at the beginning of the year, but I just wasn’t comfortable we were ready.  So we delayed the move to make sure everything went smoothly.

All in all the transition has gone very well and we’re pleased to be skipping the nightmares we had before.  Of course, knowing technology works perfectly for everyone every time we were surprised when we stepped into a few unexpected piles along the way.

It can be challenging to provide support via email but we’re so lucky to be working with dog trainers.  I think they naturally accept that growth doesn’t typically occur along a smooth linear path.  Everyone has been so kind and supportive.  Thank you!  We’re optimistic that our new site will offer enhanced support for the sports of obedience and rally.
